The Music

Much of the music that The London Jazz Trio play is based on the style of the great Jazz Pianist Oscar Peterson. We’ve found that this style goes down really well with all age groups and provides a positive, energetic atmosphere. We also like to play modern tunes, more in keeping with the style of Jamie Cullum. In addition, the trio know many songs without the need for music and are happy to play requests. If you really want something specific, just let as know a few days before – if it’s actually possible to play as a trio, then we’ll play it! We’re happy to take requests on the gig too. We have  repertoire of many hundreds of songs. Below, is a very  short selection of our genres and tunes just to give you an idea of what we can play.
